- Your name, phone number and email address,  will be added at the security gate before you arrive.  Be sure to let us know if you will be having guests visiting, so we can add their names on the date of their visit.  

- You will be given an access code to use the keyless locks during your stay.

- Wifi log-in information is located in the kitchen island drawer, located farthest left of the sink.

- We want you to enjoy your stay but ask that you are mindful of the neighbors.  It's so nice to enjoy music while hanging out by the fire pit, spa and pool; however, we ask that you don't blast the music, especially after 10pm.  

- Please do not use glass by the pool area.  We supply acrylic glasses that are located in the kitchen's upper cabinet, closest to the sliding glass door that leads to the pool area.

-  Do not put acrylic glasses or lemon squeezer in the dishwasher. Those need to be washed by hand.

- Please do not drink red wine in the family room area (couch area). 

- The Golf cart in the garage is not available for use unless you are with the owner of the cart.  (Eddie, Adriana, Jon, Jason or Jake)

- Outdoor furniture and fire pit will be covered when you arrive. Please take covers off and store them in the garage during your stay.   Lounge chairs can be set out on the turf area. At the end of your stay, please cover all furniture and leave everything as you found it.

- If you are departing on a Sunday, please take all trash out to the trash cans located in the garage and then leave trash cans out by the curb before you depart.  Trash service comes on Mondays.

- Please leave your beds unmade on the day of your departure, so the cleaning service is aware that the sheets need to be changed.

- Never leave candles lit if you leave the house. (for obvious reasons).

- Cellular service is spotty in this area.  You may need to set your phone to wifi calling.  Otherwise, there is a landline phone in the kitchen for your use.  (No international calls please.) 

- Pool will be heated during your stay.  To turn on the spa, you can text Adriana 1 hour before you would like to enter the spa.  The pool light turns on automatically at 5:30pm and off at 11:30pm in the winter months and at 7pm - 1am in the late spring and summer months.

- To pump hot water quickly to the guest shower, click the switch in the kitchen by the knives, about 5 minutes before you want to use the shower.  For the primary shower, the switch is located under the medicine cabinet on the left side of the sinks in the primary bathroom.

- Towels:  Pool towels are located in the hallway cabinet.  In the guest bath, towels are located under the left sink. In the primary bath, towels can be found in the cabinet located on the left before the entrance of the closet. 

- The family room couch opens up to a full size bed.  The bedding is located in the primary bedroom closet.  When you walk into the closet, it is located on the shelf to the right.

- The plastic Adirondack chairs next to where the lounge chairs are stacked, are great to use around the fire pit.   

- Just around the corner is the community clubhouse where you can use the fitness center, resort style swimming pool, spa and outdoor barbecues. 

- Family and Friends, contact Adriana if you would like to have access to the private PGA Club for pickle ball, tennis and other activities.  The club is located across from the Signature PGA entrance.

Q: Where is the closest place to eat?  

A: Ernies Bar & Grill is just down the street.  They have a great bar, good food and a beautiful view of the Stadium Course. There is indoor and outdoor seating.  56-150 Pga Blvd, La Quinta, CA 92253 Reservations are recommended but not required.

Q: Where is the closest grocery store?

A: The closest supermarket is Ralphs located at 49908 Jefferson St, Indio, CA 92201. It is a 9 minute drive.  CVS is also located next door to Ralphs. Note: The Ralph's gas station typically has low priced gas. There is also a COSTCO at 79795 CA-111, La Quinta, CA 92253.

Q: If I want to order Door Dash or Postmates, can they enter through security?

A: Yes, we have informed security that food delivery is authorized to enter.

Q: Is there a day spa near by where I can get a massage or facial?

A; Yes.  You can also order a masseuse to come to the house and give you a massage.  We recommend Jennifer Cusick and she can be reached at 760-660-7960.  Her rate is very reasonable.  Otherwise, we recommend the Spa at La Quinta Resort.  https://www.laquintaresort.com/health-and-fitness/spa-la-quinta/
